The 2024 OLS Workplace Poster:

• Must be printed in 11” x 17” size and displayed in a noticeable area at the workplace for employees.
• Poster must be displayed in English and the language(s) spoken by employees

Note:  If printing your own poster, make sure it is in 11x17 size. If you cannot print 11x17 size, print the top half and bottom half of the poster separately in landscape with 8.5x11 and combine to meet the 11x17 size requirement.

• Printed OLS Workplace Posters can also be picked up at all Seattle Customer Service Centers, and at the OLS office at 810 Third Avenue, Suite 375 in downtown Seattle.
• Printed OLS Workplace Posters are available free of charge from ECCC outreach partners. Complete the intake form for assistance with this.​
