This month, we are celebrating the AANHPI Heritage Month by recognizing the contributions, accomplishments, and influence of Asian American and Pacific Islander people to the history of the country. Seattle, being one of the largest cities on the West Coast, has a significant population of people with Asian heritage. Therefore, at ECCC, we are committed to supporting the local AANHPI-owned businesses by partnering with various local Chamber of Commerce (Korean American Chamber of Commerce, Friends of Little Saigon, Filipino Chamber of Commerce, and many other organizations with affiliation to the AANHPI businesses) to educate them about Labor Laws to ensure compliance with the City of Seattle Office of Labor Standards Ordinances. To honor and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, we are sharing a list of our favorite Asian-owned food and beverages establishments around the city!

Every time we approach summer, I always have this thought of, “Oh Summer is going to be hot, and eating a bowl of hot soup in this weather is just not the vibe.” But as I looked through my camera roll for this blog, I found myself getting pho at least once a week. So don’t feel alienated if you have these thoughts, we all feel the same way. Check out our recent faves!
